Here are some of the ingredients we use to make Olio Live Edibles so special.
We use all-natural flavors and colors derived from whole fruits & vegetables.
We use cane sugar because it is pure and unprocessed.
We use apple juice concentrate because it it is a clean, natural sweetener that enhances the flavor of the gummy.
We use tapioca syrup as a natural sweetener. Tapioca is a byproduct of the cassava root plant, or yucca, and has a lower glycemic index when compared to high fructose corn syrup.
We use citric and malic acids for natural flavoring. Citric acid, from citrus, provides that first punch of taste. Malic acid, from apples, provides aftertaste.
We use pectin to form our gummy texture. Pectin is a fruit fiber, and provides our desired consistency. Our pectin comes from citrus peels.
With our rosin-protein complex ready, we are now able to infuse the product into the gummy recipe. That mixture is placed in our O Face mold. We coat the gummies in MCT oil and carnauba wax so they do not stick together! No need for extra sugar to mask the taste, our gummies are naturally delicious.
